Direct-to-Consumer platforms
Building a DTC e-commerce is not about putting a catalog online. It means designing a revenue engine with scalable architecture, CRM integration, international logistics and coherent customer experience.
At Paul & Shark, I launched e-commerce from scratch and transformed it into a channel that delivered +550% growth in three years, taking revenue from EUR 3.2M to EUR 17.6M. Not a landing page: a complete direct-to-consumer sales system.
Omnichannel integration
Real omnichannel requires systems that communicate with each other. E-commerce, retail, CRM, logistics, customer care: every touchpoint must share data and deliver a coherent experience. At Furla, I led the digital transformation strategy and omnichannel vision during the brand’s international expansion.
At Miamo, the architecture integrates IT, e-commerce, B2B/B2C CRM and digital marketing into an ecosystem that functions as a unit, not as separate silos.
International expansion
International e-commerce expansion requires specific competencies: multi-language, multi-currency, local compliance, cross-border logistics, international payment gateways. At Paul & Shark, I managed expansion in phases: Europe first, then USA and Canada, then Russia and global markets.
Every market has its own rules. The architecture must be flexible enough to adapt without rebuilding from scratch.
CRM and customer data
CRM is not software. It is the backbone of the customer relationship. I have implemented Salesforce CRM as the central platform for customer data management, integrating e-commerce, marketing automation and customer care into a unified flow.
Customer data quality determines business decision quality. Data governance, segmentation and personalization are core competencies, not nice-to-haves.
Scaling for growth
Scaling an e-commerce means anticipating bottlenecks before they become problems. Infrastructure, processes, teams, vendors: everything must grow in a coordinated way. The Paul & Shark experience demonstrated that sustainable growth requires solid architecture, not just marketing budget.
