Salesforce AI integration
Integrating Artificial Intelligence into enterprise platforms is the core of my current work at Miamo. I am driving the integration of Generative AI within Salesforce Service Cloud and Magento, with the goal of sustaining brand growth while reducing the operational workload of the Customer Care and Digital Content Creation teams.
This is not about adding a chatbot. It is about rethinking the organization’s core processes with AI as a native component.
Predictive analytics
Predictive models transform historical data into future decisions. At Miamo, I coordinate predictive analytics projects that analyze customer behavior to anticipate needs, optimize inventory and personalize communication.
Predictive analytics works when it is integrated into decision-making processes, not when it produces reports that no one reads.
Autonomous agents
Autonomous agents represent the evolution of automation. They do not just execute predefined rules: they learn, adapt and operate with an increasing degree of independence. At Miamo, we are building the foundation for a business model where AI agents collaborate with human teams on operational activities, freeing time for strategic work.
Data governance
AI without data governance is a risk, not an opportunity. Input data quality determines output quality. I have implemented data governance frameworks that ensure integrity, security and compliance of enterprise data, creating the conditions for responsible AI adoption.
Virtual twinning and advanced BI
Virtual twinning applies digital models to business processes to simulate scenarios and optimize operations before implementing changes in the real world. Combined with advanced BI, it enables testing business hypotheses with real data.
